We interrupt our week of BTS to give you a quick small channel shoutout. This one goes out to I think the most high quality Sports channel out there: SB Nation. The thing I like about SB Nation is the quality of their videos. And I really think that's what makes them stand out from other channels. Like they don't just take random in game footage and talk over it, but they spend days upon days combing through the internet for random facts to tell an amazing story. And the production is insanely good. They have this one series that just came out called Foul Play, chronicling the story of how Ole Miss payed some guys to go to their school. Like, who the heck even cares about Ole Miss, but the way they portrayed the story got me captivated about some random college for 2 hours. And did I mention the quality? Some of the videos (like Foul Play) are scary good, like ESPN 30 for 30 good, while other videos have cool animations and other graphics. One last thing I will say is that ...

Week number 4, sort of an in between post between the BTS hype, probably will throw up a review of Serendipity or something tomorrow, but today is SHOUTOUT SUNDAYYYYY woo get hyped. Anyways, today's weekly shoutout is to one of my favorite channels: Pleasant Green. Sounds like a dumb name, but bare with me. This guy's name is Ben and his channel is about exposing scammers. But here's the thing, it's not like those videos you see already where the footage is super grainy and the audio is awful. His videos are like SUPER high quality. Like the camera is sharper than a knife and I'm pretty sure he uses an external mic because it is very quality. Past the quality of the content, the content itself is SUPER entertaining. He has two series, one of which is called "Lie-beria". It's basically about this guy named Joel who originally messaged him trying to scam him, but through the series, we see that Joel is not a scammer, but is just in need of some hel...

Wooooo end of the first week of school and I am feeling pumped. Anyways here is a little quick appreciation post for one of my favorite sports-based youtubers Zack Hample. So if you even like sports you have to have heard of Zack Hample. For those of you that don't, he is a ballhawk, or a person who goes to baseball games like hours early to catch baseballs before or during games. He has caught 10000 balls in his lifetime including like 50 home runs. It is insane. He is known probably for catching A rod's 3000th hit, but yeah he is kinda famous. Now, I actually got into his videos wayyyy before he hit his subscriber spike after getting all the media attention from catching A rod's 3000th, but it still isn't too late to get in early! He's got like 250000 subs currently and deserves way more. His videos are absolutely stunning. He has a videographer named Brandon that travels with him to all the games and the footage he gets is beautiful. Like we are talking ult...

shoooott I actually forgot about this series but whatever just gonna start it right back up again. SO anyways, this week I wanna highlight Drew Binsky, who, in short, makes travel videos. Drew's channel mostly consists of 2-4 minute videos which are posted almost DAILY, and are kind of vlog type but not really. He lives in thailand currently and his favorite places to travel is southeast Asia so expect a lot of content from there. What's really cool about his channel is how high quality his videos are. His drone shots are stunning, and he can make a fact about a country just really cool. Like the way he portrays the fact/story is just awesome, almost cinematic. Me personally I don't travel a lot, but I'm just naturally curious and it's always awesome to learn something new everyday. Drew's channel is like different from most travel channels, because he really interacts with the locals and just shows how awesome the world is. Check out his channel here:  ...

Some pretty cool content today if you have not heard the news. The in my feelings challenge was a massive social media trend throughout the month of July, and Drake was at the center of it, seeing as his song In my feelings is what the challenge is based around. The challenge reached its peak of popularity when stars such as Ciara or BTS's JHope even joined in on the fun. The music video just came out and is rewarding its fans who did the challenge by having a compilation of some of the more popular videos at the end on the official music video. You can catch BTS's JHope at 7:56 in the Music Video.

Alright so being a multimedia blog I figured I'd shake it up for today, but it's alright I'll go back to kpop tomorrow. However, I've had this video in my Youtube Videos for Blog playlist and I just thought that today was the right day to share it. Anyways, this video is of a student at Drake University. At some basketball game, he gets picked from the crowd to do a half court shot contest. Although instead of a cash prize, he gets a truck. Which in my opinion is really cool because I've seen contests where the grand prize was like a thousand dollars or a TV so for such a small university a free vehicle is super cool. You can watch the video here. I'm gonna talk about it and spoil it a little ahead so if you wanna experience it yourself first then watch it. ----SPOILERS AHEAD---- Alright so this is a pretty incredible video. First off let me just say am I the only one that thought this guy was bob ross as a college student. He definitely nailed th...

Hey guys, so I'm gonna be starting a new weekly ish post that I'll throw in between my music (kpop) reviews and my viral trends highlights. This new series, which you can kinda figure out by the name, is basically a series where I'm gonna highlight really cool, awesome, or funny channels that have under 500 thousand subs (I mean I guess they'll still be popular but there's a good chance you don't know about them). Anyways, my first channel highlight is a channel called Gas Station Encounters. And let me tell you this is probably one of the funniest channels I have seen in a while. Basically it is run but a cashier at this one gas station which people try to steal from all the time. So what he does when people tries to steal is he takes the CCTV footage and does a hilarious commentary over what is going on (she gonneeeee!!!) You seriously need to check this guy out. He also shows footage of people being dumb and of other viral stuff from other gas stations an...

Alright so I really have never been a fan of "oldies" music. And when I say oldies I'm referring to literally anything from the year 1980 and before. Included in this genre in Queen, and while of course it is impossible to not like songs like We Will Rock You and We are the Champions, I actually didn't know Bohemian Rhapsody was a song until like last year (another fun fact: many regard Bohemian Rhapsody as the first official music video). So when I was scrolling through my YouTube feed I was kinda stunned that this video was number one on trending and of course I had to check it out. And boy was I really glad I did. This trailer actually got me hyped for the movie (although because it comes out during the school year I may not have time to watch it with my crazy schedule next year). Anyways the movie is basically about the life of Freddie Mercury and the amazing journey he had with Queen which ultimately led to the "greatest live performance of all time...

So it seems like the internet really is never complete until a new challenge is created. And with the current release of Drake's new album, it only seemed fitting that a challenge spur from it. The Shiggy Challenge is basically a challenge where you dance to Drake's latest song "In My Feelings". Now it doesn't seem like you have to dance to it the specific way, but everyone seems to be replicating the creator the challenge, a comedian that goes by Shiggy. Here's the original challenge: In a later video "Shiggy" says there's 5 parts to the challenge The Jerk (the sort of introduction part when you're just vibing) The Heart (the "do you love me?" part) We Driving (the "are you riding" part) The Finger Wave (the "never" part) The Side Wave You Can Watch the tutorial from Shiggy here: See I'm a huge fan of challenges like this. I really hate challenges like the salt and ice challen...

Alright, alright, so not gonna lie, family feud is one of my favorite shows, at least clips. Obviously, it's not what it was in the old days and is definitely not a family show anymore, but nonetheless, it is still hilarious. I'm gonna post a bunch of the videos that I found the most funny. Anyways, here's the first clip from ya boi Paul. Not much to say other than I actually was dying of laughter. Enjoy !!! Watch on  YouTube

YUHHHH comin back with another cool video I guess lol. Anyways, found this in my recommended, it's this freestyle circle from these football players. I think that this was on daquan (like on instagram) at one point. Anyways, they just make up this gibberish or whatever, idk it's just funny. Anyways, check it out. Watch on  Youtube

On the YouTube grind for the rest of the week, mostly because I listen to the same like 30 songs on my one playlist and don't want to review them all in one month and then be screwed. Anyways, some more videos came into my recommended, these two about times when people on Masterchef got super emotional. The first video is about this guy who has been perfecting this cake for five years or something, and then when he finally gets to make it, he goes nuts. Watch it on  YouTube And then this second one is this blind chef who, despite never making a pie in her life, makes an apple pie that in Gordon's words "is absolutely phenomenal". Watch it on  YouTube

ahaha, another random video, again not much to say about it. Anyways, found this in my recommendation (might be my love for Dude Perfect? not sure). Honestly, the only reason I love this video is that the crowd recognizes game. I love the progression after the kid makes the first shot (a little cheering) to the second (people are kinda amazed) TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING GOING WILD AFTER THEY'VE JUST WITNESSED HISTORY. Like imagine making your third halfcourt shot and 20000 people go wild. Unbelievable, hats off to this kid. Anyways, enjoy the clip! Watch on  YouTube

So uh, not much else to say about this video, not like I can review it or anything. Just something cool I clicked on i guess. By now, I hope most of you understand the Walmart Yodeling Boy meme (so I won't explain it), but anyways, rigggghhhhttttt before it becomes completely dead I want to post this. This video especially stood out to me, because it was really in synchronized, and it was cringy but like in a good way. Idk, it's hard to explain, but I like how a comment tries to describe it as "2018 summed up in one video". It's pretty accurate in my opinion, but you can be the judge of that. Watch on  YouTube

ahaha oof my bad for a late post, was feeling a bit lazy today. Anyway, as most YouTube video posts will go, this isn't really a review, just shedding late on some videos I found hilarious. Now, don't flame me in the comments for the title, I'm literally quoting the title from one of the videos, and honestly it fits these videos really well (in a funny way). Anyway, these two videos are about how people get hype for insanely no reason (well the second video is actually pretty cool, but the first one I just found hilarious when they got super hype over nothing) Soooooo, the first one this kid has this yoyo thing or whatever and for some reason a huge crowd showed up, and then... well just watch I guess (Link to  YouTube ) Second video has more of a legit reason to be hype. This guy tried to show up this white nerd in a  dance battle in front of everyone, but got completely destroyed. (Link to  YouTube )

Okay so you have to love high schoolers. While adults may see them is unruly and probably think they party like 80 times a week, honestly they produce moments of brilliance, like this group of 5 guys did in like 2009. Basically concept of the video: every stand at the urinals or in the stalls, and as soon as one unsuspecting kid walked into the stall. Begin belting out the acapella hit "For the Longest Time" (get it? because he's in the bathroom? ahahahaaaaaaa juust me? alrighty then) I found the video EXTREMELY amusing, and it really brought about a smile to my day. Like we see all these pranks where people pretend to get murdered or kidnapped and I just think about this video how not only did it hurt anyone, it was so amusing even the victim found it hilarious. Also I do have to mention, don't know if it was the camera this was recorded with or is the singers are just super good but the audio quality is AMAZING. Like the acoustics of that high school bathroom ...

So if this is the first post on my site you will be seeing, I'd like to say thanks for visiting but do mind that literally this will be like 80 percent of my content just random YouTube videos. Anyways, a couple of days ago, I stumbled upon the art of the Planet Fitness meme. Basically for those of you who don't know, Planet Fitness basically is a super cheap gym where those who aren't buff and don't want to feel intimidated but still want to get in shape go to work out. Essentially, they're known for their famous lunk alarm, which essentially is an alarm tornado-alert-esque (we sorta kinda have those living in the tornado alley, not sure if they're every in the US) that goes off every time someone drops a weight or grunt while they lift. To be honest, I don't really see the point of it. Literally it is probably more annoying than the occasional drop of a weight. Luckily, the internet comes to the rescue, making a huge meme out of it. I've go...

Oof so that New Year's Resolutions didn't come through now did it? Hey all, got some big news to make. This is what happened to me in 7th grade, when I was losing the passion to blog about books. After a three month hiatus, I came back bigger and stronger, and had the greatest year of my life. Now however, business has declined and with that my love for books. I've spent the last three months thinking about the future for this website, and I've realized it isn't my passion for sharing my opinions, it is what I'm talking about. Sure, I'll still love books, but I want to branch out to all media, to shed light on my favorite music, a hot TV show, or let you know if that new movie is worth it or not. ...Introducting JustinTalksMedia! I basically talk about all things entertainment that i consume. Posts won't be thought out, it will kind be like "hey this is a song", a little bit about it, my thoughts and more. Just something spontaneous th...
